Terms and Conditions of Service

These general conditions govern the contracting of Lock&Move's lockers at its establishment located at Calle Andres Perez 1, Málaga, Spain. Likewise, these conditions regulate the contractual relationship between Lock&Move and the User who contracts the locker service.


1. Our Lockers

Lock&Move offers its Users the possibility of renting any of its lockers for business days, that is, until 06:59 on the day of the reservation. We have a total of 29 lockers, in different sizes and prices (VAT included):

  1. Medium lockers: 474x462x580 mm - €8/day
  2. Large lockers: 474x558x580 mm - €10/day
  3. Extra-large lockers: 474x846x580 mm - €12/day

During the rental period, the user can access their belongings during the established hours from 07:00 to 06:59, 24 hours a day, every day of the year (except for occasional closures).


2. Price

The prices applicable to each type of locker are those indicated on the website on the date of the order. All prices shown on the website include VAT. Lock&Move reserves the right to modify prices at any time based on market conditions.


3. Operation

At Lock&Move, we have an online reservation method through the website www.lockandmove.com where the entire reservation and usage process will be carried out in a simple manner. To contract the rental of lockers, it is necessary to:

  • Be at least 16 years old.
  • Accept these general terms and conditions of contract and use.
  • Accept Lock&Move's privacy policy.

Payment is made securely via bank card.


4. Modification, Cancellation, and Refund of Services

Reservations made through the website can be canceled up to 24 hours before the reservation date. The refund will be 100% of the amount. 5. Incident Management

In case of breakdown, blockage, or any other type of incident in the use of the locker, the User may contact Lock&Move's assistance service by calling or writing via WhatsApp to the phone numbers +34666042246 / +34 622604423, or by written communication to the email address info@lockandmove.com


6. User Obligations

The User agrees to use the lockers only as a temporary storage place for their own property, to use them correctly without causing damage, and to comply with all legal regulations and guidelines established by Lock&Move.It is not permitted to store dangerous, flammable, or illegal objects. Lock&Move is not responsible for the loss or damage of such objects. However, our service includes insurance in case of theft that covers up to €10,000.


7. Consequences and User Responsibility in Case of Non-Compliance

In case of non-compliance with obligations, Lock&Move may take measures, including the removal of stored goods and the imposition of economic penalties. Additionally, the User must indemnify Lock&Move for any damage caused.If necessary, Lock&Move will temporarily store the items and try to contact the User who has breached the rental period to manage the return of the items to the User (the cost of which will be 100% assumed by the User).After 5 days without being able to contact the User or without the User having contacted Lock&Move and without having been able to return the items, it will be understood that the goods have been abandoned by the User for all purposes. In this case, Lock&Move will cease to preserve them, disposing of them as it deems appropriate or convenient, depending on the type of abandoned goods.


8. Lock&Move Obligations

Lock&Move commits to maintaining the locker service in operation and to resolving any incident that arises during the use of the service as quickly as possible.


9. Liability Limit and Insurance

Lock&Move is not responsible for the custody of stored goods. However, we have insurance that covers losses due to theft up to a maximum amount of €10,000, provided that the User complies with the requirements and collaborates in the claim to the insurer.


10. Complaints

The User may file a complaint by sending an email to info@lockandmove.com. If not satisfied with the response, they may file a claim with the competent authorities.


11.  Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These general conditions are governed by Spanish Law, and any dispute will be resolved in Spanish jurisdiction.
